Timpone Receives Honorary Degree

This year at its 62nd annual commencement exercises, Fairfield University, in Fairfield Connecticut, bestowed an honorary degree on Joseph Timpone, M.D., Associate Professor in the Division of Infectious Disease of the Department of Medicine at Georgetown University Medical Center, for his research efforts in “finding solutions for those with HIV and other infectious diseases.” Timpone is a member of Fairfield’s Class of 1980.
