April 9, 2017–Why would a Georgetown University medical student shave her head and give up more than a foot and a half of golden locks? Watch as Alena Hoover (M’19) “braves the shave” in solidarity with children, including her brother, who are diagnosed with cancer.

The foundation awarded a grant to Georgetown Lombardi’s Jeffrey A. Toretsky, MD, last week for his work on Ewing sarcoma.
