Superheroes Make a Showing at Lombardi

WTTG Fox 5 came to Lombardi on Feb. 24 when Superman, Wonder Woman and other superheroes made an appearance for several pediatric oncology patients at Lombardi. The special visit was made possible by the Hope for Henry Foundation, a program that has served more than 4,000 children at Georgetown University Hospital, Lombardi, and other hospitals around the nation.

The nearly 100 guests who attended the event had their photo taken with their favorite superhero, made their own costumes and had caricatures made.
