Business Week Interviews Fugh-Berman about Pharmaceutical Marketing Schemes

Adrian Fugh-Berman, associate professor of physiology and biophysics, was recently featured in an article in Business Week examining the fines being imposed on pharmaceutical companies for their controversial marketing tactics. The pharmaceutical giant Pfizer just this past week was hit with over 2 billion in fines for illegally marketing their drugs.

“Drug companies will continue to market off-label unless the financial downside makes it unprofitable,” Fugh-Berman told Business Week.
