Lombardi Cancer Survivor Interviewed by Southern Maryland News

Brandon Johnson, 19, shared his inspirational story about his personal battle with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma with the Southern Maryland News. The paper featured Johnson who recently attended the Hyundai Hope on Wheels Event to spread hope to other pediatric patients fighting cancer. He also took part in the handprint ceremony in which Lombardi received $40,000 towards their cancer survivorship program.
“My advice for others fighting cancer would be to take it one day at a time; you’ll have your good days and your bad days but everything will work out for the best in the end,” Johnson advised.
