NHS Professor Gives Advice to Self Magazine

Colleen Norton, associate professor at NHS, was quoted in the June issue of the women's magazine Self. The article, which offers readers 21 ways to handle a real-life emergency, asked Norton what someone should do if she falls off of her bicycle. "Try to keep her body in the same position she landed in," said Norton. Norton said that by keeping her in the same position she will not exacerbate any internal injuries.
