Women’s Health Magazine Names Isaacs “Top Doc”

Women’s Health magazine has named Claudine Isaacs, MD, director of the clinical breast cancer program at Lombardi, as a “Top Doc” – one of only five oncologists from the Northeast chosen for the list. Isaacs is a medical oncologist, specializing in the treatment of breast cancer. In addition, she has expertise in the medical management of individuals with genetically increased risks of cancer and serves co-director of Fisher Center for Familial Cancer Research. She has published extensively in these areas and has served as an investigator on several national grants. Isaacs discusses the various treatments for breast cancer in a recently taped interview on the GUMC website.
