Peters Featured in NBC4 Segment on Immune Boosters

NBC4's Doreen Gentzler interviewed Stephen Peters, professor of pathology, about the recent trend of using vitamin-packed supplements like Airborne to ward off the common cold. Peters wasn't quick to endorse the boosters, but said her does "support being able to use the product in a closed-in area as a so-called preventive measure, but not on a routine basis." He added that patients should always discuss with their doctor any supplements they might be taking.
