Victoria Jennings, PhD, director of the Georgetown University Institute for Reproductive Health, regarding a scientifically-based family planning tool developed by GUMC researchers that is now available as an iPhone application she created that tells women when it’s the best time to conceive a child based on mapping out a woman’s menstrual cycle.
