Mission Statement
Junior faculty may feel uncertainty about their progress in attaining their goals or, on occasion, their career path. Sometimes a faculty member may choose to develop an alternative plan in the event they are denied reappointment or tenure. To meet these and other interests and needs, the Office of Faculty and Academic Affairs can provide career assistance to junior faculty members. Interested Faculty members should contact the office to arrange for a confidential appointment.
