Faculty who participate in the M.D./Ph.D. Program are drawn from basic science and clinical departments at the Medical Center campus, as well as from main campus departments.  Individual Ph.D. degree-granting programs may have their own guidelines and regulations regarding faculty appropriate to serve as laboratory research rotation advisors and thesis mentors.
